Booking Conditions
Credit card details will be requested to secure the booking, only guarantee, no deposit, no charge before check out. We ask our guests to pay, both with cash or credit card, the day of check out or the afternoon before. Any cancellation or modification must be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellation fee for no show is 100% on the first night.

Check in  time: free, for guests arriving after 9:00pm we ask to communicate the arrival time.

Check out time: 11:30, the guests can leave their luggage in the common area until the afternoon.

Breakfast time: 7:30 – 11:30.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Car Parking: A private parking area is available 150 mt far from us, the cost is 10 Euro x day ( 24hours).
